• Welcome...

to Calluna, self-catering accommodation in the heart of the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Located in the west coast town of Fort William beneath Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain.

  • Ben Nevis...

is undoubtedly the biggest attraction in the area, both in visitor interest and size at 1344 metres or 4406 feet.

Ben Nevis is Britain’s highest mountain and is ascended by 100,000 people each year.

  • Winter in Fort William...

is a busy time of year, with mountaineers, skiers and snowboarders heading for the hills.

Nevis Range has Britain's only mountain gondola, which transports you effortlessly to 650m on the slopes of Aonach Mor.

  • Fort William...

sits on the shores of Loch Linnhe, a sea water loch which is 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) long, and an average of 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) wide.

During the summer months it is great for sailing, kayaking and taking a cruise on Souter’s Lass for wonderful views of Lochaber.

  • Glen Coe...

is a short drive from Fort William, and often considered one of the most spectacular and beautiful places in Scotland.

The glen is U-shaped, formed by an ice age glacier, narrowing sharply at the Pass of Glen Coe about half way along.

Calluna provides the ideal base for your holiday, whatever you wish to do. The accommodation is run by Alan and Sue Kimber. Alan is a highly experienced local mountain guide and able to offer advice on mountain matters, especially Ben Nevis, the Isle of Skye and Glen Coe.
