Notes

  • All bedding is provided.
  • Short stays are possible, arriving and leaving at any time. Please ask for details.
  • Individuals or groups prepared to share with other folk are charged from £16.00 (4 person room) to £18.00 (twin room) per head, per night.
  • Any let which cut over a weekend (Fri and Sat nights) cost £136.00 for the eight bed apartments and £100.00 for the six bed flat per night.
  • The Alpine Loft will be £64.00 per night. Please phone to check availability.
  • 2012 nightly rates will be £16 for a dorm room bed and £18 for a twin room bed

Reservations
If you wish to make a booking with us please select your required dates from the tariffs. Then contact us to check availability using any of the methods shown on the contact page. Finally if your choice is available you may wish to use our secure online payment to purchase your accommodation.

Deposits
For one week lets a £100 non-return deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remainder should be paid two months before arrival. In the event of cancellation you will be responsible for the full amount unless your dates are successfully re-let, in which case you will only forfeit the deposit.

Preferred method of payment is by cheque, but we can also accept credit cards. For shorter stays a 50% deposit is required. It is advisable to phone prior to booking and make sure your preferred dates are available. Telephone bookings must be backed up ASAP with a deposit. A telephone booking can only be held for one week without a deposit. You can pay now via our secure PayPal payment facility.

Holiday insurance is recommended, particularly in relation to cancellation. Please ask if you wish to be sent insurance details.

Secure Payment
To make a secure payment to us simply click on the PayPal logo below. The payment will show as being paid to West Coast Mountain Guides, our other business, so this is correct. Paypal is our least preferred method of payment. Cheque or credit card being our preference.

Arrival and Departure Times
All lets have an arrival occupancy time from 3.00pm. Luggage can be left before this time on the arrival day. Time of departure, before 10.00am. We live on site, so if you need to check-in after 10pm, let us know, and we will make arrangements. Short stay bookings can be made and lets can start on any day of the week. Please ask for details.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately by telephone and first class mail or email. We will endeavor to re-let for you. If we are successful in re-letting, you will only forfeit your booking deposit. If we cannot re-let, then you will be held responsible for a prompt payment of the full outstanding amount. Holiday insurance is recommended, particularly in relation to cancellation. Please ask if you wish to be sent insurance details. If a credit card number is held by us and you do not notify of cancellation, we reserve the right to debit the card for the full amount.
