Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to read through our terms and conditions before making your booking.
- Minimum stay
- We have a have a 3 night minimum stay during peak season April to August, and a 2 night minimum stay during September to March.
- Payments and Balances
- All apartment bookings require a 10% non-refundable payment at time of booking. Your remaining balance payment must be paid 14 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 14 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking.
- Payments
- Are to be made through our secure online booking system Freetobook and payment portal Stripe. Details of which will be emailed to you on booking.
- Cancellation Policy
- In the event of you having to cancel your booking, before the 14 days, you will only forfeit the 10% booking payment. If you cancel after you have paid your balance, within 14 days of arrival, you will only receive a refund if we are able to re-let your dates in full.
- If you need to cancel (or amend) your booking, please notify us immediately by contacting us. We always recommend you have travel insurance to insure against any cancellation eventualities, even for domestic travel.
- We are very happy to report we have been issued with our provisional Short Term Let License number: HI-40242-P, meaning our application is currently under determination, which allows us to continue operating whilst our application is being determined by The Highland Council. Should we be denied a full licence and have to cancel your booking, we will issue you with a full refund.
- Pets
- We allow pets to accompany you when you stay at Calluna. We ask that you keep your pet under control, as quiet as possible during your stay and off the furniture. Your pet must not be left alone at anytime in the property. If they cause any damage to our property, we will seek damage costs from you to cover the repair.
- Check-in and departure times
- Check-in time is between 3pm and 10pm. Luggage can be dropped off before this time. Late arrival can be agreed upon request. When you book, if you are able to give us an indication of when you will be arriving, that would be great!
- Departure time is 10am. Your cooperation with this is greatly appreciated, as it allows us plenty of time to prepare the accommodation for new guests arriving. Late departures can be agreed, if possible, on request.
- It may be possible to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us if you want to do so.
- Apartment Allocation
- We reserve the right to change to the apartment you are booked into, to one of the same capacity and cost, without notifying you.
- Electric Car Charging
- We do not have electric car charging points. It is not allowed to plug your car into the mains electric in any of our properties. If you are found to be doing this, the car will be unplugged and we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover the electricity used.
