Accommodation
All you need to know about your accommodation at Calluna. Our apartments have a 3 night minimum stay during peak season April to August, and a 2 night minimum stay during September to March. All kinds of stays are possible, arriving and leaving any day of the week. All units have the ability to have one double bed in them and they all have a mixture of single and bunk beds.
What we offer:
- 4 fully equipped apartments
- 9 bedrooms (doubles or twins, triples and quads)
- 24 beds in total (large groups often take over the whole place)
- 2 legendary drying rooms
- Mountaineering kit hire
- All 5 minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk from Fort William

- Laundry facilities (inc detergent) £4 per wash / £4 per dry (indoors clothes dryers and outside drying area available for free)

- Pet friendly (we have dogs of our own)
Pricing information:
- All pricing will be shown when you have searched for your dates. Under occupancy rates are available and will show when you search for your required dates and number of persons. Feel free to call us if you have specific questions.
All bookings for accommodation at Calluna require a 10% non-refundable payment on booking. With balance due 14 days before arrival. Please read our full term’s and condition’s.
Bookings
If you wish to make a booking with us, please select your required dates using our secure online booking system. There you will find live availability and pricing. If you wish to talk through your requirements, please contact us directly.
Booking Payment
A 10% non-refundable payment is required to secure all bookings. The remainder of your balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. If the booking is made within 14 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking. In the event of you having to cancel your booking, before the 14 days, you will only forfeit the 10% deposit. If you cancel after you have paid your balance, within 14 days of arrival, you will only receive a refund if we are able to re-let your dates.
Payments
Preferred method of payment is by BACS or through our secure online booking system which uses Stripe.
Arrival and Departure Times
All bookings have a check-in time of 3pm – 10pm. We live on site, so if you need to check-in after 10pm, let us know in advance and we will make arrangements. Luggage can be left on-site before 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is by 10am on day of departure, this allows us time to prepare for arriving guests.
